To change your credit card details or subscription, go to the Billing Platform.
Instructions for personal accounts (PRO)
- Go to your Account details (click the right-top User Icon > Account details).
- Click the Billing option.
- If nothing happens, you haven't upgraded yet, or you're enjoying one of our old lifetime PRO memberships. Upgrade first or contact our support team.
In the Billing Portal, you can change or cancel the subscription (first option). If you want to change the Billing & Shipping Addresses you can change the email address you've registered for payments. Under Payment options, you can securely change your credit card details or change to another payment method. Under Billing History, you'll find your invoices.
Instructions for team accounts
- Click the top-left Pages button and scroll to your team.
- Click the Team Settings button to open the Team account details.
- Click the Billing option.
- Click the Go to Billing Portal button, or Contact support for more information (old PRO subscription).
If you click the Go to Billing Portal button, you'll see the same options as described above, with the instructions for personal (PRO) accounts.
